I've made some mistakes but was corrected by lecturer. Here are the correct answers and some tips to identify noun phrase.
Some of them are what we called
"depend on context". Like what I told my tutorial group, string of
sentences like "a solution that would appease us" is a noun phrase,
which is made up of a noun phrase with a relative clause - that's why you see
another noun phrase in the noun phrase. The key point is, if the string of
words can be substituted by a pronoun, the whole string of words is a noun
phrase. So, if you look at "a solution that would appease
us", this string of words can be substituted by the pronoun
"it".
